I posted this “Luxe Tropic” palette creation over on my Instagram account a little while back, and just wanted to look at it again today.
I was really inspired by this gorgeous, detailed woven fabric by Pierre Frey Paris, and gathered up the rest of the materials you see here from our studio library to build around it. A light filtering linen sheer for natural texture, a plush chocolatey velvet, glamorous crystal to play off rough cut stone, hints of leather, brass, and bronze, with a bit of tropical greenery cut fresh from the yard… even the necklace I was wearing that day made its way into this inspiration palette. Et voilà, a little luxe, tropic interior ensemble for your inspiration!
