When a property is already so spectacular, our objective is not to undo, but to complete the thought.
Fresh Classic Estate is a shining example of the impact our TAILOR service can bring, all with little to no construction, when a home already has great bones. When a major renovation is not required, ARI's TAILOR design service brings everything a home like this needs: quality furnishings, lighting, custom window treatments, wall coverings, and a new special feature or two that brings it all together.
In the formal dining room, we completed the room with all new furniture, lighting, and custom window treatments. Into the existing wall paneling we inset a subtle, silk wallpaper for a tonal effect. Artwork commissioned from a local fine artist hangs at each end of the table and ties the space into its natural surroundings and completes the room.
The existing furnishings in the home's formal living room were under scaled for the size of the space, and were not making the grand impact our client wanted. New furnishings, paint, refinished wood floors, and decorative touches now complete the space. Our team further designed a new ceiling treatment with architectural moldings, and a sparking crystal chandelier, to bring the wow to this special space. Custom window treatments guide the eye and frame the spectacular view of the intracoastal waterway and Casey Key beyond- as if it were a piece of art.
In this home full of incredible views, the main suite offers some of the best. We turned the empty space into a cozy cocoon with multi-dimensional, silk wallcovering and an upholstered velvet ceiling feature. Continuing our "fresh classic" design concept, while imbuing a grander feel than the other bedrooms, the furnishings in the main suite are traditional in style, while clean and current in their custom fabric choices. The existing mahogany entry doors are enhanced by new mahogany end tables that speak of the same quality and aesthetic set by the home's architecture.
Angela's note: As one of our very early projects, we did not have this home professionally photographed. So please excuse my amateur photos, of this one-of-a-kind, labor of love, Fresh Classic Estate.
