PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR / OFFICE ADMIN. (Part-time)

Angela Rodriguez Interiors is an award-winning luxury interior design firm located in the Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota area since 2009. We are currently looking to add to our growing team an organized professional with great communication skills and attention to detail, for the role of Procurement Coordinator. This role will also include some general office administration duties.

Main responsibilities:

Communicate with our vendors, via phone and email, to obtain pricing and availability details for furniture, fabrics, and fixtures specified by design team
Enter pricing and other data into Studio Designer software program (will train)
Issue purchase orders provided by project manager, and confirm their receipt by vendors
Track ongoing product lead times and updates on shipping status
Maintain friendly working relationships with outside vendor sales reps
Answer incoming phone calls with a welcoming and professional demeanor
General office administration support tasks as requested

What we’re looking for:

Minimum of Associate’s Degree
2+ years experience working in a professional office environment
Positive attitude and great communication skills, both oral and written
Focus and attention to detail necessary to provide accurate entry of pricing details
Ability to receive direction, and to work well with others as well as independently
Proficiency working on a Mac computer

*Please note this is a Part-Time position, Mon-Fri, 25 hours/week*
