When is the right time to reach out?

Depending on the time of year, we may be booking several months out. So we always encourage inquiries the sooner, the better.
We're always happy to hear from you. To inquire we invite you to give our office call, or fill out the inquiry form to start a conversation about your project.

Who on your team would we be working with?

You can typically expect to be working directly with Angela Rodriguez + 2 designers from the award-winning ARI team assigned to your project. You will also be introduced to your dedicated Project Coordinator, or key point of contact, so we can ensure your questions are answered quickly and that ongoing project information is well coordinated with contractors, architects, and vendors.

Behind the scenes, ARI's Design Operations Manager and procurement team will also be working hand-in-hand with your design team for outstanding project delivery. At ARI, our in-house team is robust enough to effectively service even large/complex projects, yet personal enough that Angela works on every project. We're in the sweet spot!

How/ how much do you charge?

For each of our 3 signature services (Build, Transform, or Tailor) we use one, consistent format for billing. First, we assign a flat fee for the design portion of our process. The flat fee is determined by square footage and level of complexity. This is followed by hourly billing for the implementation/ project management stage. Yes, we are able to provide an estimated range of the hourly stage for you as well! No problem.

We have chosen and refined this method because we believe the process works best when we all know what we can expect from one another. Then we can stay focused on design, implementation, and guiding you smoothly to that big reveal moment!

What is your style?

At ARI, we thrive on the creative variety that is inspired by each client, with common threads. The spaces we design tend to be sophisticated, artistically balanced, and spiritually uplifting. We love texture, tailoring, and a nature-inspired color palette. We get really excited about well-conceived details, whether it be the perfect trim on a custom pillow, or the specific way the wall paneling will tie into your window. Although we work in different styles, tailored for each client, our work is recognizable- you know it when you see it.

Looking through our portfolio, you'll see that some of our projects are more traditional, and some are more contemporary. Each is as original as the client we designed it for. It's true that some designers are known for one single look, and there's nothing wrong with that. But we think cookie-cutter projects sound boring! We love that each of our projects is different, because each of our clients is different.

What geographic areas do you work in?

Angela Rodriguez Interiors is located in beautiful Southwest Florida, with office locations in Sarasota and Naples. The majority of our interior design projects are located along this region of the Gulf Coast.

That said, we love to travel for the right project! Right now we are also working on special projects from New York City to the Florida Keys. So if you feel we would be a good fit for one another, and have a project located outside of our primary area, please don't hesitate to reach out.
