PROJECT TYPE: Full-service interior design for total renovation

LOCATION: Downtown Venice, FL

STORY: This modern, open office design was created for a busy insurance company, completed in 2023. The client knew that they wanted as much clear glass and open sightlines as possible throughout the space, and a clean-lined, contemporary aesthetic inspired by an urban, boutique hotel.

In addition to serving their specific spatial and workflow needs, our client asked for an office that would also energize and inspire.

One design challenge we faced was balancing the desire for openness with the need for acoustic control. Acoustic ceiling "clouds" and various types of decorative, sound-absorbing panels all work hard toward this goal, while also contributing aesthetically to the design. In addition to the design and selection of finishes and fixtures for construction, ARI also provided the furniture and artwork throughout the space. The furnishings portion of our scope includes CAD layout, planning, budgeting, seamless integration with finishes, all the way through white glove managed installation of all furniture and art.
